⭐️ From humble beginnings MODE homes launched into the modular building space in Australia when prefabricated homes weren’t yet a mainstream building option.
⭐️ Since then so much has changed in the prefabricated building space and we’re proud to be part of this modern method of construction, reaching so many people changing our building landscape.

⭐️ Our Founder and Architect, Matthew Dynon had a vision to create a folding home and went about designing and patenting this in 2015. This lead to the beginning of MODE homes.

⭐️ As a family owned and operated business, 10 years in the building industry is something to be proud of.

⭐️ We thank our staff, suppliers, trades, and of course our wonderful clients who trusted us to build their homes.

⭐️ We look forward to the next 10 years of helping people achieve their dream of building their own home and creating more beautiful spaces for people to enjoy and love. 🙏

MODE homes is a leader in designing and building modular homes. Not long after MODE homes started, our Architect, Matthew Dynon sat down with @abcradionational to discuss how MODE homes’ patent ‘fold pack’ system was born.

Matthew Dynon is a highly regarded and established national leader in modular home design and innovation. He is well known for his outstanding design talent and ability to maximise projects’ spatial, financial and aesthetic potential.
Matthew has held senior design architect positions at leading architectural practices in Sydney and London. He completed his dissertation on modular construction over 20 years ago. He has worked within the architectural industry for over 25 years. Leading innovation for Multi residential pod and panel systems in and around London in the early 2000’s.
