How we can work with you
In just 3 simple stages, MODE homes will design, construct, and deliver your new Dream Home.
STAGE 1 | Design
This is a very collaborative and creative process where clients can translate their ideas into a beautiful vision.
a) We will visit the site and a brief is established.
b) Client completes our Briefing Form.
c) We produce unique design options.
d) Collaborative discussions on options and design direction.
e) Initial design produced.
f) MODE homes will co-ordinate the required reports and lodge the developed drawings and forms for Development Application at council.
STAGE 2 | Selections and Contract Documents
During this stage, you will be able to finalise the design and custom selections (tiles, fittings + fixtures, materials, colours etc). You will be provided with your unique construction drawings and specifications along with the final contract pricing.
a) Client completes our project selection process.
b) DRAFT Contract Documents are provided for comment and discussion.
c) Your comments are incorporated into your completed Contract Documents.
d) A Manufacturing contract with final pricing is provided.
STAGE 3 | Manufacture and delivery
At MODE Homes, we build in our factory – making the process more convenient and less disruptive to your lifestyle. We will deliver and install on site in the most seamless and cost effective way.
