Innovation is at the heart of MODE homes. Back in 2012, our founder, Matthew Dynon, designed and patented the ‘fold pack’ modular home in a quest to create high-quality bespoke homes that can be folded up for easy access to even the most challenging sites.

Matt Dynon from Mode Homes rebuilt my house in Leichhardt after it had burnt down. He did the design and then the build, and I couldn’t be happier. Every step of the way he was considerate and clear with me. He got the plans through the notoriously difficult Inner West Council DA process without any hiccups. His design is beautiful, and he incorporated everything I asked for, and then some. During the build Matt addressed any concerns or questions I had, thoughtfully and with respect. Making decisions with him was very easy. The different tradesmen he employed, plumbers, electricians, gyprockers, tilers and the like, were all excellent and good-natured people. And very importantly, he was always on time and on budget. If I ever had to build again, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Matt.
