The Bay and beachside residence is situated on Curleys Bay a short walk to Culburra Beach. A relaxed floor plan containing 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accessed from a large living room area. The house is raised three meters above the ground level for flooding allowing a large undercroft area used as rumpus and storage area.

The internal floor area is circa 160m2 for the upper level and same again for the lower level. Large front and back Modwood decks add to the area. Delivered from Vineyard to Culburra on three trucks for a cost of around $2,000 per truck.

Using Axon cladding to create a crisp modern look painted Surf Mist. White coloured window frames pop from the oiled Black Butt hardwood cladding.

The central roof over the living area and kitchen rises up to a central ridge with a cathedral style ceiling with exposed trusses. The large doors and high level glazing allow plenty of daylight into the interior.

Multiple textures combine well to form a unique interior, utilising V groove wall panelling, tiled main area floor and timber flooring for circulation and bedroom areas.
