Style Modern Country Residence

The country residence is situated on top of rolling hills and the Manning river. A relaxed floor plan containing 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accessed from a large living room area. The 7m wide living room opens onto a natural hardwood deck overlooking the green pastures.

The internal floor area is circa 170m2. Delivered from Vineyard to Wingham on three trucks for a cost of around $2,400 per truck.

Using Axon cladding to create a crisp modern look. Black coloured window frames and black powder coated aluminium sunblades offer good protection for openings and shadowing on the façade.

The modules are raised above the ground to provide protection in the event of flood and to take advantage of the lovely views.

The roof pitch continues up from south to north over the living room @ 13 degrees resulting in a 4.5m internal ceiling height. The resulting high wall facing north has high level windows that frame views of the gumtree canopies above.

Blackbutt timber features consistently with the decks, engineered timber floors, and the shiplap cladding of the front and rear walls.
