90M2 ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE
Delivered from Blacktown to Forrestville in a single delivery costing $900. The crane required to lift the module into position cost $1800. The site boasted an ideally orientated North facing backyard with good street access for delivery.
A timber and glass link separates the existing brick home from the contemporary addition. This link acts as a side entry to the house from the parking area. A small timber entry deck and stair site in front of the link.
Substantial demolition of tired old Incremental extensions was undertaken in order to make way for the modular addition. Retaining walls we placed under the module to deal with the site sloping up towards the backyard. Internal stairs within the link area were also required.
Large sun hoods protect the windows from weather and direct sunlight. These have been clad on the underside with Weathertex, the same material used on the external walls
