Addition to the rooftop of this four level unit block in Neutral Bay.

Our customer owns the top level apartment and roof space above.

We delivered a 35m2 rooftop module. Lifted onto the roof by crane. A stair was built from the apartment up to the rooftop room.

A fire rating was required for the external walls. Magnesium oxide cladding was used and 2 layers of Firecheck plasterboard for inside lining helped us achieve the fire rating.

Large powder-coated aluminium sun blades protect the windows from the northern and western sun.

The rooftop enjoys fantastic views of Sydney Harbour.
