A character filled new home in Smiths Lake. The first stage of this home consists of one bedroom, bathroom, living space and kitchen. The second stage (yet to be built) adds another bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

The steep slope of the site up from the street represented significant design challenges. Council required parking on site so significant excavation was required to prepare for the driveway and concrete garage.

Our client wanted a retro feel to the interior. This was achieved with a reclaimed 1970’s kitchen and some fantastic pink feature tiles in the bathroom.
